Vegan Lasagna

I really loved this dish, it was well balanced in terms of nutrition and flavor

The lasagna itself is really good. It was made with soya mince, and for a moment I was scared, that it was actually meat, so I had to reconfirm it was actually vegan. Sometimes I have this kind of suspicion, which already helped me once in a while, so I guess it's a good thing (even tho not always correct). They used vegan bechamel, and topped everything with basil and a nicely cut tomato. Even tho I really liked the lasagna and it tasted delicious, I probably won't have it again. In my opinion 15€, for this relative small peace is way too much.
