Vegan Lasagna

This dish was really weird and disappointing even down to the salad 🙄 it came out kinda of cold and I didn't even really know what I was eating. Was it jackfruit? Soy meat? It tasted like mysterious leftovers. Whatever it was , it was really mushy , had no pasta or layers of zucchini , had a strange flavour and was not very much like a lasagne. The bread tasted like shrooms in a bad way and the salad was nearly all white pieces of iceburg with no dressing or zest at all. It was unfortunately a surprisingly sad dish and I don't recommend it at all.

If I knew vegan lasagna tasted like this I would have gone vegan much sooner 😊
