Vegan High Tea

I’ve had quite a few vegan high teas at various venues around the Cape and this is hands down the best one. It is a bit pricey but so worth the experience. They have a range of savouries and sandwiches, followed by scones and banana bread followed by the most delightful range of desserts. So many of the other places offer variations of the same thing, whilst here each item is unique & totally different (& delish). They have a multitude of teas on offer as well as vegan hot chocolate & filter coffee. Treat yourself!

I last had the Vegan High Tea three years ago so I was interested to see if it was even better than before (after all, veganism has come a long way since then). Sadly, it was a lacklustre affair - I enjoyed the savoury course but the other two sweet courses left me wanting. What a shame.
