Vegan Green Curry With Quinoa

Tried ths cos of a couple of reviews on this app.One of those days tht i jus wanna hv a quiet meal in between jobs and decided to try this. Hearty #soup .As usual they’re generous with the fillings n its thick so its very much like a #stew. Lots in there- carrot potato quinoa zucchini n whatever lots in there. Thick, fresh taste,slightly nicely spicy,rather well balanced taste. Don’t expect the authentic green curry taste but more of a rendition of it yet staying true to the taste n flavour. I feel that if they add sm thai basil in it,it wil sort of ‘complete’ d taste. The quinoa was cooked in together with it but i stil had it wth brown red rice cos i need the carbo load to last thru a long night of work. Not sure if i’ll have this again,but am very glad I tried it..
