Vegan Dinner

Unexpectedly nice & tasty vegan dinner considering that the inn is isolated (mountain top): wonderful #mushroom (#SoDelicious that I could not contain a big sound and everybody noticed), lotus slices, sweet potatoes, eggplants, tomatoes… The green powder is #matcha #salt for the softly fried #tempura. The kind staff checked at the beginning of every meal if I was satisfied (maybe their first #vegan order ever so make sure to request in advance) 👍 If the sky is clear, go see the milky way afterwards; no light around so you'll see so many stars 🌌 #YoshinoKumanoNationalPark #PlantBasedJapan
