Absolutely loved this meal. Perfectly aromatic and umami broth, slurpy rice noodles, chilli and coriander, fried tofu, shiitake, veggies, and a side of fresh bean sprouts, herbs, and sauces. So delicious. #vietnamese #pho #noodles
