Vegan Coucous

😲🥕🧅🍠🤩 This was HUGE. There’s about half a squash, a whole carrot, a chunk of courgette, dates, a heap of caramélisés onions, a handful of raisins, almonds and chickpeas... and couscous underneath all of this! For 14$ I can’t believe the amount of off served, obviously I had leftovers to bring home. On top of the amazing serving and out of this world service (the nicest people in the entire city, no joke)... it was an all around tasty meal.
