Vegan Cinnamon Roll

This massive cinnamon roll was to die for. Each roll was absolutely stuffed with cinnamon and sugar, the dough so fluffy and soft. Topped with this lemony icing that added a much needed zest and a little sweetness. Somehow managed to eat the whole thing! #sweettooth
