Vegan Chocolate Cake

Lisette's is all about the cakes really, you'd tolerate their mains in order to be able to indulge your sweet tooth 😅 So in a way it's brilliant that they finally have a vegan-first option in their cake range, even if it's a bog standard #chocolatecake. The flavour is decently chocolatey, and attains a richness that you wouldn't think was possible without the use of dairy 😛 The caramelised almonds and walnuts on top were delicious too. Warning: it's a huge slice and it took 7 of us to finish it 😳
