Vegan Chocolate Cake

Ugh, mid-twenties 😴 I pretty much never have cake on my birthday because prior to going vegan, I actually just could not enjoy cakes 🤷‍♀️ Half of them are sponge cakes with cream stuffed in the middle and my lactose intolerant self just wasn’t having it 🤧 This was great though, if not too sweet. The denseness is what got to me here. I love thick dense bakes, same reason why I’m addicted to banana bread, so this ranks highly for that reason alone 😋 If you’re a #chocoholic you’re in luck too cause the entire cake is coated in a 2cm film of the stuff; I couldn’t finish more than even half this serving 🤭 #veganisnotscary but with the weight I’ve put on in the past couple weeks I’m starting to think it’s also too delicious ☠️ #veganislekker
