Vegan chimi sandwich

I personally love chimis and before I went vegan I used to eat them all the time. For those that don’t know what it is, a chimi has a nice toasted roll with shredded cabbage, Mayo, ketchup and either a beef patty flattened or a chicken breast. Now when I ordered this I expected the normal where the “meat” is impossible but I was surprised when it seemed like it was made from black beans. The sauce was amazing! Oddly I think an impossible patty would’ve mimicked the chimi patty better. Either way the sandwich was good.
