Vegan Cherry Chip

This ice cream is a coconut-milk-based ice cream alternative, made with Amarena cherries, cherry liqueur, and chocolate flakes. Soooo good! It’s $6.25 for a double scoop (pictured) and $4.50 for a single. They also had 2 other vegan flavors when I visited (strawberry Oreo and apricot sorbet) but they cherry chip was amazing. The texture of the ice cream was so smooth, and the cherry bits were soft and infused with flavor. I loved the chocolate flakes instead of chips, so all the flavors really blend together. #veganicecream #durham
