Vegan Cheeseburger 2.0

A vegan “beef” pattie with Dijon mustard, dill pickle, vegan cheese, Spanish onions tomato sauce and vegan mayo. I think they need to keep testing it and maybe it might be better by 5.0. The patty is made up of pea protein, chickpeas and plenty of different starches / flours. And it made it feel rubbery and dry to eat. The cheese had the texture of gum and not a lot of flavour. Just because it’s vegan does not mean that it needs to be compromised. All the additional ingredients felt a bit lazy, and could be improved with more tests. I’ll stick to the Garden Goodness.
