What an amazing Italian restaurant, with a really nice ambience on the seaside of Marsascala. They offer a really nice vegan menu with a lot of choices.
The drinks and the food are outstanding. We shared a really good platter with lots of cold cuts, bruschetta and everything you wish for between 7 people to start things off.
The vegan carbonara was really good. As far as I know, they used turmeric for the yellow colour but not sure about the rest. I came with roasted seitan and served with vegan parmesan. Even our Italian friends were quite impressed by it.
