Vegan Brownie with Coconut Bacon Chips

This is my favorite dessert! I get it every time I eat here. The star of the dish is the coconut cashew cream...it is light but luxuriously creamy!

Wow... It was very hard sharing this dessert with other people because I wanted to devour it myself! The bacon coconut chips did not taste like bacon and I was happy about that. Definitely want to come back just for this brownie.

BEWARE: this is absolutely addicting and oh SO good. The whipped cream and the ice cream on top, drizzled with the coconut bacon chips.. mouth watering. I’ve had this four times now and every time does not disappoint!
