Vegan Bowl

This place allows you to design your own lunch bowl by mixing a base (some kind of starch), a protein, veggies, a sauce and toppings of your choice. I chose potatoes and rice as a base, vegetable balls (the only vegan protein option), zucchini and Brokkoli, tomato sauce and rucola and basil as a topping. The combination didn’t work very well but that was probably my fault. I just wish there were more vegan options :( The bowls are pretty large and keep you full for a while.
