2 miniature sandwiches, one with hummus, roasted peppers and the other with sun-dried tomato and vegan cheese. My preference is always for natural ingredients rather than vegan "cheese" but the hummus and pepper sandwich was very tasty. The vegan cheese wasn't great but also didn't taste bad. The fruit was nice to have as it was refreshing. It was a little disappointing to have only one type of cake as non vegan options are much more plentiful but the biscoff cake was light and delicious. Overall good to have a vegan option but could have more variation.
