Cutlet is crisp and not oily. Mee hoon kueh was over cooked and mushy. Went at 6pm and was a more 15minutes wait for 2 dishes when there are only 1 customer in the place. $5.90 per dish.
Such a kid friendly dish.. now I know why parents bring their kids here to eat 😆 The green soup mee hoon kueh I had last time felt like regular grown up food but this one made me feel like I was in kindergarten LOL. Crispy things, bite sized pieces, kid-approved spinach.. The dry mee hoon kueh is definitely more flavourful than soup, chili is not bad too. The veg was chye sim the last time we ordered this so I guess it changes depending on what’s available! $5.50 #veganisnotscary
Haven’t had dry mee hoon kueh before! This was delicious - crispy cutlet and those ‘chips’ provided a good contrast to the soft chewy mee hoon kueh #veganisnotscary
I really like this eatery!! It's so cosy and felt very homely. Love that the meehoonkueh was handpulled and not machine made. Portion was generous. Worth every dollar. Definitely worth the trip to Yishun! #vegan #meehoonkueh
The mee hoon kueh was fabulous as usual. One of the best ever. I've eaten here several times and just can't bring myself to order anything else. It's chewy, tasty and substantial. This veg cutlet variation's is a little gingery which I loved. I do wish they gave just a little more spinach. The crispy toppings were so good too... This cost $5.50.
