Unagi Eggplant Nigiri

This nigiri was a great flavor bomb to start a meal. It worked well as an amuse bouche since it's only a bite or two. The eggplant had a nice texture and flavor for sushi and the miso truffle sauce on top was incredible. Ours slipped a bit, so it didn't look the best, but it was still delicious! The rice held together well which helped with eating it. I wish there were more than just two pieces for $6.25! This was delicious! One of my favorite dishes that I've tried so far! This has #eggplant on top of rice with #miso #truffle. My only complaint is that there's only 2 pieces:( $6.25 is kinda pricey for 2 pieces.
