Turmeric Cauliflower with Homemade Yoghurt

I loved this dish. It’s tasty but the flavour of turmeric isn’t overwhelming. The homemade yoghurt is ok but honestly it lacks that sourness needed to call it yoghurt. It’s more a white cream. Nevertheless I recommend it #cauliflower #turmeric #veganyoghurt

An interesting combination of ingredients but it works! The cauliflower are grilled to perfection and the yoghurt makes it less dry.
