Truffle mushroom noodle soup with stir-fried mushrooms

This was my nephew’s lunch. If you’re after something with a nice non-spicy broth, and you like your mushrooms, this might be one to consider. mushroom broth, with heaps of veggies and more shiitake mushrooms. You also get a choice of noodles: spinach, goji berry or carrot (all vg-friendly).
