I have to say I'd never had a Reuben sandwich before, but now I am sort of obsessed with them, after eating this thick and tasty sandwich. I ordered it to go and ate it hours later after stashing it in the hotel mini-fridge and even semi-soggy it was still scrumptious, if not a little messy. But in a good way. A glad-nobody-was-watching sort of way. If you know what I mean. And I think you probably do. It was meaty and a little sour, like a Reuben should be, I guess. I can only imagine how great it would be to experience it fresh from the kitchen on that crispy wheat toast.
Marinated The Brinery tempeh, caramelized onions and The Brinery sauerkraut on house-made rye bread with special tangy dressing, served with a pickle spear and a handful of potato chips (or another side)! 😀 #uplandspeak #veganisnotscary
