Traditional Fruit Rojak

* Part of the Elemen's Local-licious 8 course set menu. 5 are vegan, 2 contain eggs, and the drink has honey. Shared this with my family who aren't vegan I find the you tiaos a bit too hard and crunchy for my liking. Interesting that they choose to ibckude guava in the mix. Sauce is okay.
