Towzen Kyoto Soymylk Ramen

What feels like the classic ramen! I must say I am a huge fan of the foochok (tofu skin) block that comes with the ramen.

Almost hearty, almost creamy, almost delicious, almost unforgettable, but ultimately none of these things 🥲 This #ramen had a #soymilk base but was just missing a little something that would've made it distinctive. It was a good serving size (I liked that the menu allowed you to pick 100g or 120g of noodles for the same price 😛) and they used some top quality and fresh ingredients 🙂
