This tosta was more delicious than we expected! Set upon a toasted whole-grain bread were perfectly tender sauteéd strips of #eggplant, #redpepper and #redonion. However the star of the dish was the spread on the bread - a tomato jam that was sweet but also #spicy! Just enough heat to let you know it is there - yum! We split this as an appetizer for two, reasonably priced at 6€.
The surroundings are beautiful, with a seaside walk with natural pools and lava formations along with a quirky repurposed sculpture! This is a seaside chiringuito that has some chillout areas to enjoy. There is a "vegetarian" section on the menu, we were wary about it so our first server confirmed that everything we ordered was vegan. The service requires some patience, especially upon arrival.
