Torchio Pesto (vegan option)

Another great meal at Vivino, this time at a different location ☺️ This Torchio Pesto dish was converted to a vegan option and was very tasty. Torchio is the type of pasta and it comes with broccoli, spinach and asparagus, in a vegan sauce containing coconut (instead of cream), pesto, white wine and nutmeg and with a crust of herbs (the white flakes in the picture) and pine nuts 😋 really delicious dish! #abillionlove #impactfulapril
