Finally a vegan bowl of japanese ramen!!! The broth is so satisfying. How do you get a rich savory flavour with the pork taste! The ramen taste comes through much clearer compared to the Sesame ramen (see other review), which is a good thing! Ramen noodles itself is quite true to the japanese ramen, without the eggs. So amazing... The side dish is a soy meat, as an add on meal. Nice chewy texture!
Delicious ramen. The broth isn’t too salty or leave you feeling toooo full. Was extra yummy when I added chilli #alv
