Tomato gazpacho

This was the restaurant in Rosendals garden. I think the dishes were mostly vegetarian but with dairy, and they had this very unique soup. It is a cold soup with blended raw vegetables, never had anything like it. It was quite sour but nice. Went nicely with the bread on the side which was free flow. I took 4 slices and was full. Such a beautiful place in the garden full of flowers 💐

Fresh and tangy tomato gazpacho in the most perfect garden setting! Most of the produce is grown on the farm so itsa real farm to table experience. It also comes with amazing freshly baked bread made in house. This cafe is a gem with lots of vegan and vegetarian options.
