I loved the texture of the home made fettucine and the piece of pumpkin on the side. The tom yum sauce was very well balanced making all over a very pleasant experience for the palate. I found it very original. It s a totally vegan dish.
Pumpkin and curry is a safe, tried and tested combination. The sauce had the requisite balance of sweet, sour and spicy Thai flavours, and was sufficiently thick to coat the pasta well. Overall it was an enjoyable dish with a medley of contrasting textures - chewy pasta, creamy tender pumpkin and crunchy cucumber and baby corn. However, after a while the spice can be numbing on the palate. (SGD $16 ala carte).
The presentation is so appetizing. The spiciness level is average. And I hope they would add something to make the sauce thicker and creamier. But the taste was so yummy. I would love to eat this again! #crfsg
last time i had this dish was with the pumpkin gnocchi and the fettuccine was just as good. quite a bit of kick to it, but i love spicy...if to don’t you might have to ask for less heat
Pleasant surprise. The pumpkin was nicely grilled with the smokey flavor that I like. So it really isn't just a supporting role in this dish! The fettuccine had a nice bite to it, and somehow... it tastes quite homemade. The tom yum broth was like the wand that twirled the fettuccine and pumpkin together! Feels somewhat between soup and gravy, and has a good sourish kick, not to forget the spice! Last bu not least, the cucumber curls add a nice reaching crunch to this dish!
