Tom Yam Soup With Noodle

Decently tasty #tomyam #soup with no shortage of #shimeji #mushroom, #veganshrimp, or #evilweed 😏 Good, strong sourness to it, with the #lemongrass and #galangal both given starring roles 😋 We'd had the rice version of this before, now it was the turn of the #noodles / #beehoon 🙂 Fwiw I've always thought of tom yam as a noodles pairing This was part of their #setmeal, which is pretty good value. You get a #sidesalad as well as a #dessert of the day, which was a sponge cake with cream and a random fruit, as you'll see in my next review 🙂

RM18 off the menu. I got a -20% discount with KindMeal. Looks like someone pulled one of those #abillionhacks on this one. The menu item is called "Tom Yam Soup with Rice/Noodle". But since someone has already listed "Tom Yam Soup With Rice" as its own thing, I'm listing this as 'noodle'. Pretty good. Sour, spicy, fragrant. Tonnes of mushrooms, mock prawns that taste like fish paste (鱼滑), and herbs. Chose to have this with beehoon. Enjoyed it, pretty awesome after a day at work. Served with a brownie (not pictured).
