Tofu Scramble

This seems like a nice and well loved place for brunch in the neighborhood. According to Google maps reviews, they usually have vegan scones, but they were out when we went which really bummed me out! The only vegan item they have besides that is this tofu scramble. It was a good classic breakfast, but not very flavorful. They have a variety of hot sauces to add, and it was definitely needed. They have a seitan hash, but that has eggs with it. We asked if we could sub it for tofu, but they said they needed to save the tofu for the tofu scramble dish. Maybe they do it on less busy days. It's just too bad that they'd have seitan on the menu but not make it vegan! This is another cash only business on Willy. #breakfast #tofu #potatolover #potato #carbsforlife

Traveling with non vegans is always an adventure, but it’s always exciting when you go to a place that has some suitable options! It’s a tofu scramble. It’s was pretty good, but nowhere near as good as my fav scramble from back home. Good taste, good portion for the price & quirky atmosphere. Would recommend
