Tofu Mayo sandwich

This is my go to in the run meal. Hearty, filling, wholesome and delicious. And yes, I eat sandwiches while I drive… a lot.

A very yummy millet #glutenfree toastie packed to the brim with delicious tofu mayo. The tofu had some chewy bits that replicates the texture of a chick mayo. Really enjoyed this 🥪. #slicedbread

My favorite dish from TFV. Very unique! You won’t find something like this other than TFV. Cheap and very filling too!!
