Tofu Bun

This is a more traditional bun option at Ladybird. This contains tofu marinated in a teriyaki-like sauce, pickled pepper & jalapeño, hoisin, and scallion. Again, even with whole slices of jalapeño, this really wasn't spicy to me. The big slab of tofu was a nice meat for the bun. The pepper added a nice freshness that was good on a warm spring night.
