🫛This was super original, creative, and delicious. East #london has another monopoly on fantastic #plantbased 🌱venues apparently. As much as possible they try to use locally sourced and seasonal ingredients. Served on #sourdough toast with #tempeh jam (?!) and blocks of #tofu 🫛that are covered with a delectable #hollandaise and then a crumble of #sunflowerseeds toasted #almond and #sesame. I really think they need a sprinkle of green leaves🌱 of top like rocket or some herb to make it pop visually at least. Maybe chive could work too? There’s delicious homemade #kimchi 🥬🌶️on the side too. Yum!!
