Tofu Benedict

My husband ordered this and he said it was delicious! The vegan hollandaise sauce was very good.

Super yummy and creative with how they made tofu into “poached eggs.” It did have a little bit of a funky taste (not a bad taste, just not what I remember hollandaise sauce tasting like) Overall, it was super delicious and filling - I could only eat about half in one sitting!
