Tofu banh Mi

This place sales meat but they have vegan options. They have a quick side market with quick to go vegan options like a bah mi tofu sandwich and a box of hummus. The sandwich was pretty good considering that it has been in the fridge for a while

I didn’t expect much since it was just a grab and go sandwich from the airport but it was ok. The slab of tofu was a bit thick and flavorless, but the bread and veggies were decent. It needed some more mayo and cilantro. #uplandspeak
