Tofu and Spinach Momos

Tofu and spinach momos! They weren’t the most flavourful things ever on the inside as I don’t think the tofu or spinach had much seasoning, but still they were really nice especially with the spicy sauce. I’m pretty sure the mayo looking sauce was not vegan so I didn’t partake in that. The dough was nice and thin but had a slight chewy texture. Really enjoyed this. #veganmomos
