So basically I'm Italian and I've lived in Wien for a few months...
Before becoming vegetarian

and then vegan my favourite pasta was the carbonara and I know that in order to not hurt animals I should've say goodbye to it. I was so happy when I tried this dish, I cannot even describe it. Thank you #takemebacktowien

what shall i say? i mean, look at this dish. they even make a yolk

that looks like 'the real deal'. crispy bacon strips in top. delicious and very filling.

The most authentic vegan carbonara I ever had. It was so much more like the

Italian version. Even with a little “egg” yolk on the side. Super creamy and flavorful. I can recommend. #spaghetti #carbonara
