Tijuana Street Fries -veganized-

#ecotakeout Delicious garlic fries with diced tomatoes, home-made guacamole and, if you veganize it like I did, you can choose from one of the vegan dips (like vegan mayo, ketchup, lemon aioli or bell pepper-chili). I picked the lemon aioli. IMPORTANT: You have to explicitly pick one of the vegan dips I mentioned, because if you don't, it will come with sour cream which is NOT vegan. The fries are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, the guacamole is pleasantly chunky and well seasoned and the lemon aioli is a great combination with the other ingredients and not too garlicy. Good serving size. Environmentally-friendly cardboard-box for take-out. When I was there, only take away or dining in with a vaccine passport or negative coronavirus-test was possible, but restrictions are changing all the time here in Germany so it's best to call and ask first if you plan on dining in and do not have a vaccine / negative test.
