another appetiser from the vegan menu was this refreshing salad - containing mixed vegetables, fennel crushed pistachio, balsamic dressing. nice combination & unison of ingredients. it’s got some sweetness, crunchiness, & a little tang. suffice to say one of the fanciest salads i’ve had ever 😅🥹 2/8
