Thick Rice Vermicelli Laksa Lemak

This was surprisingly good! #Penang style #laksa lemak, served cold! 🥶 There were even icy bits of the cold #curry in there! It was so beautifully presented with the bits of cucumber, onion, okra, and deep-fried zucchini?.. well something, all atop the cold vermicelli base 🤤 You’ll have to opt to #veganize it too, but the menu isn’t quite clear about what exactly differs between the correct version and the vegetarian version 🧐 Regardless, I loved it, even if I only stole a couple bites from my girlfriend 😋 I mean she did eat like half my wrap though 🤭
