Joe & The Juice is always a nice (but expensive) way to start a travel day. I was surprised to see that this time all of the shakes are made with whey protein and collagen by default! Luckily there's a note on the menu saying you can make the shakes vegan by replacing those ingredients with plant protein. This flavor screamed breakfast to me. It has almond butter, maca powder, banana, and date puree.
