The hogless roast + Trimmings

Amazing!! Every year at camp out I make a beeline for the hogless roast. It’s all so good - worth it just for the red cabbage!

So good! Made with marinated vegan “pork” and homemade veg stuffing. Nice brioche bun too. I had it with nuggets and vegan gravy. 👌🏿
