The Full Plant

The taste of the ingredients were really balanced and there was no need for additional seasoning - except for the scrambled tofu. The consistency and color was great, but maybe a bit kala namak salt, onions and garlic would‘ve made it even better. Also there could‘ve been a bit more bread to eat with the rest. But still - this dish was all in all really great and I would totally recommend. Especially because the restaurant paid attention to sustainability as well and the service was amazing.
