"The Big Bad" Breakfast Sandwich

I got this because it was my second option the last time that we ate here. Unfortunately the description was better than the sandwich itself. It wasn’t bad, I just expected it to be more flavourful. Will stick to Bennys and burgers 😎

I’m sure it’s not good for me but it’s so fuckin delicious! The fern is quickly becoming my favourite vegan restaurant! #veganisnotscary

Tofu egg, sausage, melty cheddar, hashbrown patty, lettuce, tomato, ketchup, mayo — all piled on a toasty ciabatta bun. This is weirdly the exact same bfast sandwich I have been making at home for the past few years, but it’s honestly nice to have someone else make it for me for a change. (Also theirs is tastier because deep fried hashbrown patties slap compared to baked)
