Teriyaki Soba Noodle

Simple but delicious dish- all the veg goodies on one plate!

This dish has pan fried teriyaki tofu with soba noodles, roasted pumpkin, broccolini, coriander, ginger, green beans, and seaweed. A big portion but not too filling or oily. Flavourful with a variety of textures.
