teriyaki jackfruit

This portion was much larger than it looked and was really filling. This #jackfruit was incredible, and I usually really dislike jackfruit. It had such a meaty texture and a nice smokey and salty flavor. This bowl was filled with purple rice, zuhcinni, peas, peppers, carrots, and sesame seeds. It was very fresh and healthy. It did not have any traditional sauces for flavor, so the name teriyaki was a bit disappointing, but it did have a little bit of sesame oil. I would recommend salt or soy sauce as this doesn't have any added flavoring or seasoning. This was a nice, healthy, and #glutenfree meal, and I enjoyed trying something new.
