Tau Sar Pau

Went on a food tour the other day (of course, with safe distancing ensured) and one of the spot was Fourty Hands cafe at Tiong Bahru. So Tau Sar Pau is also known as red bean bao by the way. This one of theirs are more flatter in shape but the red bean filling inside was so generous. I’m not really a fan of red bean paste but this felt smoother in texture, the bao was soft and pillowy (like ☁️). In terms of price wise, they sell it for 2.50 each which I guess is expensive when compared to other bao places. It’s worth a try though!
