Tau Huay with Grass Jelly

My housemate decided to #tapao this on our way back from Makan Vegan and gosh am I’m glad he recommended this 😋 I love #tauhuay! 🫘 I’m used to eating #taufoofah refrigerated so it was interesting having it warm for once. The mix of #beancurd with #grassjelly is always a favourite of mine 😇 You also get to adjust the sugar levels on this, though I’d add that the #tofu itself isn’t all that flavourful so you’ll have to depend on the occasional sips of sugar water on the side 🫣 I’d just recommend planning ahead and bringing and appropriate #takeout container! ♻️
