I absolutley loved these! Possibly one of the best ‘spring roll’ variations I have ever tried! The sweet sauce was also amazing and complemented the overall taste 💛

If I had to recommend one dish from Jim Thompson it would be this one. Beyond delicious and flavorful!!!

These deep fried rolls are divine! The tofu on the inside is saturated with curry powder, wrapped in rice paper and deep fried. The cute bows also made of rice flour add an affordable accent to the dish. If you’re looking for not your typical spring rolls, these ones are the ones for you!!
